"I can't say enough about how great our experience with Dennis was! He really understood what we were looking for and was always flexible when we wanted to see a house. He was also super knowledgable about different strategies when it came to putting in offers. We got extremely lucky getting the home that we did at the price that we did, and it was because Dennis was handling it for us. Many real estate agents disappear after you are out of attorney review, but Dennis has been so helpful and available through the whole process, even after the sale. Dennis is the best!"

"This is my second purchase with Dennis in the past 2 years and I'm looking forward to the third with him. My first purchase I asked EVERY question about EVERY subject that I could think of. He was super informative and so responsive its not even funny. The second time around (I'm glad he still even wanted to work with me after that), I knew what I was doing, so all I needed was a go getter to get me in these properties quickly (in such an insane market), and ride all these lackadaisical sellers' realtors to provide information and get me results. I really should start writing negative reviews about him to keep him to myself.. You rock Dennis!"

"I did not know that selling a house could be so easy and problem free.I came by Dennis DaPrile because I found his name on a real-estate sign at a home in my neighborhood. Dennis had just sold the home for a very good price. I had previously interviewed three other real-estate agents before I called Dennis.Denis suggested that we put my home on the market at a price that was substantially higher then what the three other real estate agents had suggested. Dennis explained his reasoning and it all made sense. I chose to go with Dennis. Dennis then scheduled photographers to photograph my house. The photographers took numerous professional looking photos of the house inside and out.Dennis then wrote of an excellent description of the home and the neighborhood highlighting the best features of my house.Dennis then had a beautiful, sturdy and tasteful for-sale sign placed in the front yard.Dennis then introduced me to an experienced real-estate lawyer to handle the legal aspects of the sale. Denis created a beautiful feature page complete with photographs and had it displayed on many prominent internet sites.My house had a buyer within two days of it being put on the market. The buyer agreed to my exact asking price for the home.Dennis assisted me though the entire sale, being in constant communication between myself, the real-estate attornies and the buyers. My home was closed within three weeks of the sale and I was quickly on my way to my new home in South Carolina.
